I have, having completed in excess of $3.0 billion dollars of real estate transactions during my career. An efficient multi-tasker, I am responsible for joint ventures via syndication with our extensive network of High Net Worth (HNW), Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals and families, Single Family Offices (SFO) and institutional clients. I have a proven track record in diverse areas of raising capital through alternative means including crowd funding. I have been responsible for acquisitions closing coordination, oversight of loans and equity partnership, and investor relations. A native Texan, I have lived in the Austin Area since 1994 and have served in a leadership capacity of numerous professional and community service organizations. I consider charitable works of great importance and am an Eagle Scout. I hold a real estate brokerage license in the State of Texas and am a Notary Public. My educational background includes B.A. studies in Computer Science and Photojournalism at the University of Texas at Austin. I was raised in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates in the Middle East.
