BCGK Property Group is a multifamily syndication company focusing on the Greater Sacramento Metro Area. Founding members Brandon LoCascio, Chuck LoCascio, Greg Foster and Kevin Legerski formed BCGK in 2020 as a value-add investment group. Since then, the team has grown from a triplex in Bakersfield to 103 units and roughly $22MM AUM, with their sights set on 500-1000 units in the Greater Sacramento Area within the coming years.
