The Momentum Wealth Fund is a 506(c) customizable fund real estate investment fund specializing in self-storage, designed for accredited investors seeking stable, tax-advantaged returns. It acquires undervalued self-storage facilities and develops new ones in high-demand U.S. markets, leveraging data-driven analytics and operational upgrades to boost cash flow and appreciation. Fund Managers: Guy & Nicki Varble Guy and Nicki started investing in real estate in 2010 flipping houses and ultimately moved into self-storage in 2018. Within the first 5 years, we created 3 different syndication opportunities, acquired and wholesaled over $85M in value of self storage facilities. We sold 10 facilities in 2022 and continued forward! At the beginning of 2024, Guy and Nicki Varble moved toward a customizable 506(c) which allows multiple deals to be available to investors within the same fund yet exist independent of the other. In this fund, we acquire existing facilities and implement value-add strategies, develop new facilities in high growth areas with unmet self storage demand and we hold properties.
